FighterCat

Effective Date: October 11, 2025

FighterCat (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and values transparency. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information about visitors to our website fightercat.io (the “Website”). It applies to users in the United States and worldwide.

This pre-launch policy describes our current practices before the release of the FighterCat App and Smart Collar. It will be updated prior to full product and service launch.

1. Who We Are

FighterCat is a community-driven project built on the Solana blockchain, connecting crypto, technology, and animal welfare. For privacy or data protection inquiries, please contact: [email protected].

2. Information We Collect

  • Technical Data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring pages, and visit duration (via Cookiebot and Google Analytics, if enabled).
  • Contact Information: email address when you contact us or subscribe to updates.
  • Wallet Information: public Solana wallet address when you connect through external services such as Jupiter. We never collect private keys or store blockchain credentials.

3. Use of Cookies

This Website uses Cookiebot by Usercentrics to manage cookie consent and comply with global privacy laws. Cookies help us understand how users interact with our site and improve performance.

You may adjust your cookie preferences or withdraw consent at any time using the Cookiebot banner or the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer.

4. How We Use Information

  • To operate, maintain, and secure the Website
  • To analyze aggregated usage and improve design or content
  • To respond to your messages or feedback
  • To comply with applicable legal or regulatory requirements

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for money.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Cookiebot (Usercentrics A/S, Denmark): manages cookie consent and stores anonymized logs of your choices.
  • Jupiter Aggregator (https://jup.ag/): decentralized exchange for Solana tokens. Use of Jupiter is subject to its own Privacy Policy and Terms.
  • Analytics Tools: we may use Google Analytics or similar platforms to analyze anonymous usage patterns.

All blockchain transactions are public and handled directly on-chain; FighterCat does not store or control this data.

6. Data Security

We use HTTPS, limited access controls, and secure hosting to protect information. However, the nature of blockchain means some information (such as wallet addresses and transactions) is public and cannot be erased.

7. U.S. State Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a resident of California or another U.S. state with privacy laws, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to personal information we hold about you
  • Request deletion of your personal information (where applicable)
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information (we do not currently sell data)
  • Receive this information in a portable format

To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected]. We will respond in accordance with applicable law.

8. International Users (GDPR Notice)

If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR, including access, correction, deletion, and restriction of processing. FighterCat processes data based on consent or legitimate interest in operating this Website.

9. Data Retention

We retain minimal technical and contact information for as long as necessary to maintain the Website or as required by law. No sensitive or financial data is collected or stored.

10. Children’s Privacy

Our Website is intended for individuals aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us to remove it.
